Youssef Sadik

Youssef Sadik is Professor of Sociology at the Faculty of Law, Economic and Social Sciences Agdal, Mohammed V University in Rabat.

Sadik is also a Research Associate at several universities and international research centers, including Paris Dauphine University, Laurentian University, Ontario, Canada, and the University of Quebec at Montreal, Canada, along with his position as an Associate Professor at the Paris Sorbonne University.

Sadik served as an expert in the Moroccan Parliament and a consultant for USAID, the World Bank, International Labour Organization, UNDP RBAS and UNESCO. He also served as an Adviser to Morocco’s Prime Minister between 2010 and 2012.

His latest publications include Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development: South-North perspectives (University of Paris, 2021), Economic and Social Resistance in the South (Rabat, 2020), and Youth Employability Contradictions (Paris, 2018).
