Our Offering

Upskilling and reskilling

In addition to catering for skills-specific needs, the initiative tailors learning paths to accommodate the objective of the training, upskilling or reskilling.

LevelSets: Find the right starting point for your learning journey

Understand your current skill proficiency and skip the content you already know.
Get targeted content recommendations so you can reach your learning goals faster.
Demonstrate existing knowledge to your manager and organization.

What is upskilling?
Learning new and enhanced skills that relate to your current role. Think about upskilling as “levelling up” your skills. Often, you will deepen your knowledge about your role and industry as you gain more experience. Upskilling is typically a more intentional learning process where you will gain exposure to that deeper knowledge sooner through skills development courses, certifications, or mentorship programmes.

What is reskilling?
Whereas upskilling involves elevating your current skill set, reskilling involves learning new cross-functional skills. With reskilling, you may be able to move into a new role or widen the scope of your current role. To that end, the initiative offers two progressive levels for learners, depending on their need for upskilling (L2) or reskilling (L1).
